Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a return for a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition

  • The return must be requested via email at michele@fifty6.co.za

  • Return courier costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was incorrect or arrived damaged

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method or EFT.

Exchanges

We do offer exchanges for certain items (such as home décor pieces or gifts) in the case of incorrect sizing, colour variation, or damage — where stock allows.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • Exchanges are only possible for the same item or item of equal value

  • We do not offer exchanges for a different product or style

Return shipping for exchanges is at the buyer’s expense unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order placed on our website, you may do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellations after this time may not be possible, especially for made-to-order or courier-prepped items.

If eligible for a cancellation refund, we will reimburse you within 14 days. You may be asked to supply your banking details for a manual refund. No fees will apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take care to package and quality-check every order, but if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will assist with a replacement or store credit as appropriate.
